April 19, 2021DO NOT MOVE HERE!! SPEND THE EXTRA $100 ELSE WERE. Since my wife and i moved here we have had issues, the leasing office has tried their best to help but my experience at the apartment is a nightmare. From the first couple of hours at my new "home" we have had cockroaches walking on us while we slept. A bad odor coming from our unit that we have not been able to pin point, to our new finding mold/mildew on all the window seals and who knows where else. I asked politely to be let of the lease with ...no penalties and the answer was pay a fee and your credit score will be affected. I wrote an email expressing my concerns about the health for both my wife and i, being polite and i get an email back saying that, thats no way for me to try and get a work order put in and to talk about the property. I can assure you i was not rude. Now im offended and infuriated as i should have been since day one but i tried giving them the benefit of the doubt. I tried copying the email but was not succesful. Love the new staff
January 23, 2020I moved in not long ago and so far its been great!! The new manager is really helpful. I had some issues with my unit and the maintenance team came within hours and called after to make sure everything was ok. The office plans resident events monthly. He tried to force me into a ROACH INFESTED apartment and because i complained about bugs not only did he refuse to give me corporate’s number but told me “this wasnt the complex for me”. Horrible Staff and company
April 20, 2018Applied for an apartment a month ago, got approved, no one notified me of approval by the way and I still have yet to view or even walk through one. The front office staff has been giving me the run around for weeks, they dont answer the phone, they dont return emails, they dont update you on any information regarding the apartment. I have had to go up there on several different occasions just for them to tell me that my apartment is still not ready. Here it is almost a month later and I still ...have yet to move into an apartment.
