The exterior of the apartments was fairly recently painted and the grounds are typically kept mowed and clean. Maintenance has a quick response time. Wegmans grocery store is within walking distance, Fairfax Corner is 5 minutes away with great restaurants and shopping. Fair Oaks mall is about 10 minutes away!
