August 25, 2025The Ellipse At Fairfax Corner Apartments are located in a beautiful setting with many trees, close to shopping, walking, and transit. The exterior of the apartments was fairly recently painted and the grounds are typically kept mowed and clean. Maintenance has a quick response time. April 10, 2025While the Ellipse at Fairfax Corner is not a luxury apartment experience, it is still good value for the area. The crime is low, shopping is close and highways easy to get to. January 20, 2025Ellipse is great place to live. They take very good care of the property and spare no expense for upkeep. It’s a great location for grocery shopping and retail shopping! Wegmans grocery store is within walking distance, Fairfax Corner is 5 minutes away with great restaurants and shopping. Fair Oaks mall is about 10 minutes away!
