Ellison on Broad is such a wonderful place to live! I have not lived here for even a full month yet, and it felt like home from the start. The staff is exceptional and friendly, the amenities are amazing and neighbors are friendly. You can't beat the location, and it's all around good vibes! During my apartment search, it was the first one I toured...I then saw about 10 more, and I kept comparing everything to Ellison, but nothing compared. This community checks all of my (and my dog's) boxes, ...

Ellison on Broad is an excellent place to live. So close to everything downtown. I can walk to restaurants, plays, concerts, sporting events, the SRT, etc. The leasing office staff and maintenance team are always welcoming and very responsive to all the residents' needs.

I am so happy living at Ellison on Broad! It is a beautiful building with amazing amenities, and I absolutely love my floorplan, my high ceilings, and the amount of light that comes into my apartment. It is definitely the nicest place I have ever rented. Most importantly, the management and facilities team are beyond excellent...the utmost professionals. Marissa and Allison are kind, friendly, totally responsive, and so very helpful. Dirk and Wayne are also always immediately responsive take care ...
of any maintenance and repair needs (which have been very few) excellently and efficiently. And I can't leave out Addison, who we miss so much since he moved on to another opportunity. They all are very obviously invested in creating and maintaining a beautiful, clean, pleasant, and safe place to live and I appreciate that so much. It is such a gift to always see smiling faces when my dog and I are out and about on the property. I can't sing their praises enough. I love living here more than the condo in Birmingham and the house in Atlanta I once owned...it's just so beautiful, dog-friendly, and safe, and right in the heart of downtown Greenville. Thank you, awesome team, for a great place to do life! You are the absolute best!

I’ve been living at Ellison for a year now and just renewed my lease. The property is wonderfully managed by people who truly care! Amenities are top notch and always well maintained.
