It is a beautiful building with amazing amenities, and I absolutely love my floorplan, my high ceilings, and the amount of light that comes into my apartment. It is definitely the nicest place I have ever rented. Most importantly, the management and facilities team are beyond excellent...the utmost professionals. Marissa and Allison are kind, friendly, totally responsive, and so very helpful. Dirk and Wayne are also always immediately responsive take care ...of any maintenance and repair needs (which have been very few) excellently and efficiently. And I can't leave out Addison, who we miss so much since he moved on to another opportunity. They all are very obviously invested in creating and maintaining a beautiful, clean, pleasant, and safe place to live and I appreciate that so much. It is such a gift to always see smiling faces when my dog and I are out and about on the property. I can't sing their praises enough. I love living here more than the condo in Birmingham and the house in Atlanta I once owned...it's just so beautiful, dog-friendly, and safe, and right in the heart of downtown Greenville.
