Welcome home to Elm Creek Commons Apartments! We are a newly constructed rental community conveniently located on the north side of Maple Grove, right off of County Road 81 and Highway 610. We offer pet friendly and spacious studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. All residents will have access to fiber internet which is included in the rent. We have all the amenities you need, including a community room, conference room, 24-hour fitness center, Luxer package lockers, underground parking, community outdoor grills and a walking path that connects nature to your home.
