The location is just perfect. It is close by to all the shops, restaurants and services you will ever need and a short 10-15min drive to Texas Tech.
The rent was at a very good price compared to all other locations we visited, and energy bills were always low. The wooden floor and laundry room were a big, big plus. Their biggest one bedroom apartment is enough for a couple, we were very happy and comfortable there (we lived there from 2017 to 2019). The kitchen was my favorite part of the
...apartment, spacious and well built. Having no upstairs neighbors was also great and FYI: being able to park right in front of your door can make a huge difference!
The management staff is amazing, going beyond their duty to help us out: they handed out light bulbs - and even came to our apartment to switch them!, we always received immediate help when needed, they send text messages upon arrival of deliveries, brought deliveries into the apartment when we requested, and were super helpful after we left, notifying USPS of incorrect mail delivery. On top of that, they gave us rent discount on our first and last months, so we only paid for the days we were there, not the whole month.
The complex is well built, never flooding in rain season. The yard area is of good size for an apartment complex and very cozy. The private park owned by Elm Creek group 5min from the complex is also a great asset. By far the best choice we made!
