June 14, 2021The price isn't bad considering everything is included, but there are a lot of negatives to this place. It's pretty outdated to start and there's almost no storage in your unit. The bathrooms are painfully small. No countertop at all or closet for storage of towels or anything. Air conditioning in the living room doesn't reach the bedrooms so they get EXTREMELY hot. The way the windows are designed you cant get an AC unit in them. It's 3 dollars per load of laundry and the washer is so small it ...took me 3-4 loads to do a hampers worth of laundry. Neighbors are very nosey and the hallway constantly smells of weed. Also says no pets but everyone has them anyway so constantly hear dogs barking. Deserves more stars than 5!!
March 8, 2021After living in our own home for almost 30 years, I was reluctant to move into an apartment. We moved to Elmcrest and after almost 3 years here, I'm so happy we chose this place. The owners and property managers are so kind and helpful. They work hard and keep us all happy. Our neighbors are considerate and friendly. We have nice yard space and beautiful landscaping. I can't think of anything negative about this place! Elmcrest is now home.Review from Apartments.com
