Great Building!

I'm a huge fan of this building and i recommend it to all my friends. The location is amazing, near the metro and the main shops of Takoma. Rent is probably the best you'll find in north Takoma. Management is quick to respond to issues, but issues are generally kept to a minimum because management keeps to a regular schedule of maintenance. Only downside of this building is that it is no-pets, so the only reason I'd move is that I hope to acquire a dog at some point.
