I absolutely love the tour and got a lot of information and a week later made the decision to come back and talk to the property manager and was worried about my credit. She was super helpful! By the time I decided to fill out an application for an apartment, she made me feel very confident about my approval. I can’t wait to move in! Best customer service ever!

Horrible experience, absolutely zero maintenance

Horrible experience, absolutely zero maintenance. There are no amenities like gym, club house, play area and very pricey. Nobody cares about maintenance during weekends. If there is an emergency maintenance issue during the weekend, God only can help here. Emergency for them means, flooding or fire! and nothing else.

Basic Amenities at a Convienent Location

This is a great location, right next to the MAX, Costco, Fred Meyer and more. The landscaping is exactly what you want in Oregon! The amenities are a bit lacking, only a basic pool with no gym or common area. The apartments themselves are basic, but do include washer and dryer, as well as dishwasher. The two bedroom seems smaller than others in the area due to the floor plan. Maintenance staff is friendly but not the fastest to respond to urgent situations. Everyone in the office has been ...

extremely helpful and will go out of their way to help with your needs. Plus they have great movies for rent! If you are looking for a basic apartment in a handy location, with minimal neighbor interaction - this may be the apartment for you!
