New manager took over Elmwood and is neglectful of property and doesn’t handle noise complaints about kids being loud and trash everywhere

Parents let their kids run buck wild and destroy the property. Do not recommend unless you want to hear kids screaming next to your doors or windows everyday. Management is lacking. Dirty people/kids leave trash everywhere.

I moved into this place thinking it would be a nice place to live. Apparently there is no real parking spots for residents, people take up multiple spots to include your own. There is supposed to be 1 spot per residence yet, some families have 3/4 cars and use your spot. There are major holes in the exterior walls and it looks like the complex has been bombed. Personally I do not think its woth the value. I was at this location for over 2 years and have seen multiple managers come and go.

Elmwood is a peaceful, clean complex on the western side of Buena Park. Elmwood is in close proximity to major Southern California attractions including Knott's Berry Farm, Disneyland, Movieland Wax Museum and Medieval Times. Southern California beaches are a 25-minute drive away. The ample 2-bedroom units are reasonably priced for the area with covered parking and storage available. A community pool Ian's laundry facility are also available. The management staff is great - they are very ...
supportive and provide quick maintenance and assistance upon request. The units are recently painted and renovated! I highly suggest Elmwood for anyone looking to reside in Orange County without paying sky-high rent.
