April 8, 2025Toured the property after liking what I saw online. In person you can immediately tell this complex isn’t well maintained. Checked the reviews after leaving and makes sense why every review has something do to with maintenance because the place is falling apart and multiple units smelled musty.Property Manager Responded

April 16, 2024I have always loved this community. It does seem lately.It has been a little rowdy. Hoping that that is settling down soon. Maybe it was due to the eclipse and people possibly from out of town visiting. There have been a lot of motorcycles and loud vehicles around here after hours and late in the evening.Loud engines and motorcycles also quite often. Our hope is to be here another year or 2 or more years ,but if things don't change we may have to look elsewhere. Our community has always been very ...quiet. And kept well and beautiful.We are hoping it continues to be that way.Property Manager Responded

March 31, 2024Just terrible, went downhill immediately after we moved in 2 years ago. Loud excessive noises that aren’t addressed at all. Even with proof or bout to managements attention. Very disappointed!Property Manager Responded

March 23, 2024Embree Hill Apartments disappoint with consistent gate malfunctions, undermining security. Furthermore, the shared amenities, for which residents pay, are frequently occupied by individuals from neighboring complexes, diminishing exclusivity and value. This intrusion not only compromises privacy but also dilutes the experience intended for paying residents. The management's inability to address these recurring issues reflects poorly on their commitment to resident satisfaction and overall upkeep. ...While the apartments themselves may offer some comfort, the persistent problems with security and amenity access significantly detract from the overall living experience. With only two stars, fails to meet expectations for a satisfactory living environment, highlighting the need for substantial improvements in management and infrastructure maintenance.
