August 4, 2016I have been living here for less than a month. Before we moved in the manager told us that one of the neighbors has a pest problem. To which I should have asked what kind of pest we might be facing. He told us that they sprayed just in case and if we see anything we should call. We didn't see anything until the day we moved in. I've seen a cockroach in every single room of the house. Mainly in the bathroom and kitchen. We called for them to spray and trap but I have a feeling the only way to get ...rid of them is to fumigate which is very costly. We have a few traps now and we are waiting to have it sprayed. So far it is an okay place to live nice people and management, but the place overall could use some work. A lot of updating is needed.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

July 30, 2015I've lived here for over 3 years, with my 3 children. There are lots of friendly neighbors, management respond to issues in a timely manner. The rent is fair but complex/units need updating. The pool is only open from June-Sept, closed on Mondays for cleaning. The pools are always dirty, no net sweeping available. The laundry facilities are poor, when they work. No play area for kids. Otherwise it's a good complex.
