room and more room is just the beginning
August 14, 2015large 3 bedroom, 2 bath for what others charge for 1 bedroom, all bedrooms roomy as is living room and kitchen with separate dining area. lots of cabinets, brand new front-loader washer/dryer in laundry room. water/sewer/garbage included in rent. office staff extremely competent and friendly. all maintenance issues handled quickly. safe neighborhood. olympic-length lap pool, well equipped weight room. exceptional value, do not even bother to look elsewhere, it will be disappointing.Review from Apartments.com
Emerald Lake Apartments
August 6, 2015These are the best apartments in Elizabeth City. They come with a fridge, stove, dishwasher, and washer and dryer in the apartment. Very well insulated, I rarely hear my neighbors. Mine is on the back side of the building, so I get very little direct sunlight, which makes it cooler in the summer, and easier on the AC. All are three bedrooms, have a spacious kitchen, a separate laundry room, and 2 full baths. There is even a deck off of the master bedroom.
