I lived there for almost two years it was safe and quiet. Patty the manager is excellent, if I had a problem she made sure it was taken care of!

Stellar customer service

Moved to WA from FL and this was the only place I could find that allows pitbulls. Being limited in my options and my job being 40 minutes away, I was a little worried based on some other reviews. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the staff, especially Joey, in being so personable and welcoming. The apartment itself is I need of a little renovation but for the price, it can't be beat. Would recommend to a friend.

Attention to safety concerns
September 1, 2015
8 mice in less than a week, caught under the kitchen sink, does not warrant immediate attention by management. Put off for a week, with promises each day that the exterminators will be there and they don't show up. Very, very, disappointed.

GREAT COMMUNITY

Emerald Pointe Apartments has proven to be a really nice community to live in. The units are comfortable, there is no breed/size restriction for dogs, a playground for the children, heated pool, Jacuzzi, fitness center, and a friendly staff of carrying and concerned individuals. I'm not knows as a unit number. They know their tenants by name. It's a great place to call home!
