Stellar customer service
August 27, 2017Moved to WA from FL and this was the only place I could find that allows pitbulls. Being limited in my options and my job being 40 minutes away, I was a little worried based on some other reviews. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the staff, especially Joey, in being so personable and welcoming. The apartment itself is I need of a little renovation but for the price, it can't be beat. Attention to safety concerns
September 1, 20158 mice in less than a week, caught under the kitchen sink, does not warrant immediate attention by management. Put off for a week, with promises each day that the exterminators will be there and they don't show up. Very, very, disappointed.Review from Apartments.com

GREAT COMMUNITY
August 10, 2015Emerald Pointe Apartments has proven to be a really nice community to live in. The units are comfortable, there is no breed/size restriction for dogs, a playground for the children, heated pool, Jacuzzi, fitness center, and a friendly staff of carrying and concerned individuals. I'm not knows as a unit number. They know their tenants by name. It's a great place to call home!Review from Apartments.com
