I've been in this apartment complex for years it is now 2017 so no confusion the pools have never worked the plumbing is terrible the flood drains do not work the management takes advantage of the tenants and has stolen money causing tenants to double pay rent and I've never heard of them giving a deposit back also these good reviews that I have read are lies the police in the are in the area due to a stabbing and murder a few months ago, because people are always loud, because kids get hit by ...
cars, kush head and crackheads walk around all the time and I can't step out of my apartment without someone asking for a dollar or cig this is the worst place I've ever been to and will never return even for a visit with friends

I have lived here since September of 2014. By far, the WORST place I have ever lived. Tremendous problem with roaches and various other bugs. Drugs run rampant throughout the complex, meaning police are always doing something here. Management is highly unprofessional, rude, and plainly not helpful whatsoever. Maintenance has a tendency to let themselves into your home while you're away. Lots of vandalism takes place here. I would highly recommend you seek another location to rent.

New ownership took over 9 months ago and has made major improvements. They repaired the exteriors, cleaned out sewer pipes and drain pipes that had been clogged for years, fixed all the stairs and repainted the entire property. One of the biggest improvements is the parking. It looked like a war zone before but is now patched, restriped and clean. No more flat tires, yea! The office is fully staffed now too so it's easy to get a hold of someone. Overall, it's now a clean well run property and a ...

Management recently changed and there have been some changes for the good, but the buildings are old and in need of basic repairs. Plumbing issues, trash in the courtyards, garbage truck only comes once a week and garbage piles up, pools have been broken and turned moss green. But the cable and bills are paid for!

These apartments do not tend the needs of their renters. They are currently updating the outside of the apartments but the inside is where the should be trying to fix. For 1 the hot water is never really working and cold showers have become a common thing, sometimes the power goes completely off for almost a whole day for no apperent reason, and the A.C. In my apartment has stopped working. Did I mention if you call the office for any reason they say it's not their problem and hang up on you! ...
