So far living at Emeral Row has been wonderful. The community is so nice and inviting. The apartment and amenities are so lovely and the new appliances really spruce up the place.

My experience with the moving process was the most beautiful experience. You guys are prompt and proficient which I truly appreciate. The customer service is on the top of the list. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone. I moved on and had a minor problem which was also handled in the most professional way. I’m more than happy to be a part of this community.

Wonderful place to live! Grocery stores, doctors, dentist, restaurants and library all within walking distance. The common areas are kept clean. Beautiful grounds and walking paths. So many things to do at Drexel Town Square every weekend. Nice neighbors

Apartment was definitely not cleaned. There was dog hair all in the bedrooms and dirty baseboards. Several things were broken and I had to submit multiple maintenance requests immediately, which took 2 days for them to come.

Clean and well maintained! Friendly staff. Very quiet tenants. Good location! Only down falls are price and tenants not using trash disposal properly.

The office staff is fabulous, however maintenance is slow in responding and sometimes not at all. Recent example when the windows were being cleaned the supervisor realized that the small window in the master bedroom doesn't open so he told me to open a maintenance ticket which I did and nothing ever happened.

Good unit (2 bed, 2 bath), ceiling a bit thin with all the foot steps and could use more carpeting. Staff is friendly and very responsive. Shower and tub could be larger, but tats just me. Parking garage is nice. Surrounding area is nice.

I recently moved into Emerald Row, and overall I’ve had a really positive experience so far. The apartments are incredibly clean, modern, and well-maintained — everything feels fresh and new, from the finishes inside the unit to the common areas throughout the building. You can tell the management puts real effort into keeping the place looking top-notch. Unfortunately, on my first day here, there was a small incident while I was moving in — a piece of the building was accidentally damaged while ...

unloading. It was definitely not how I imagined starting my new chapter, but I immediately reported it, and management was understanding and responsive. Aside from that, everything else has been great. The building is quiet, the amenities are impressive, and the overall vibe of the community is welcoming. I’m glad I chose Emerald Row — it already feels like home.

Hard to get a hold of maintenance and leasing office. I often read the community reviews/portal and I don’t think I’ve come across residents asking for new amenities/apartment furniture besides the worn pool furniture (which hasn’t been upgraded yet) but all of the amenities (theatre, game room) have been out of service and unable to be used since early/mid-march, it’s almost August. The pool furniture is still very old, muddy-looking and there aren’t any chairs for the for the tables. The new ...

furniture added to each floor is way too small and cheap looking. It doesn’t fit the modern/luxury vibe that it once had before and again, I didn’t see complaints of the floor furniture so I’m not sure why it was replaced with furniture that doesn’t fit the space and looks very very cheap.
