October 19, 2025The office staff is fabulous, however maintenance is slow in responding and sometimes not at all. Recent example when the windows were being cleaned the supervisor realized that the small window in the master bedroom doesn't open so he told me to open a maintenance ticket which I did and nothing ever happened.Property Manager Responded

August 4, 2025I recently moved into Emerald Row, and overall I’ve had a really positive experience so far. The apartments are incredibly clean, modern, and well-maintained — everything feels fresh and new, from the finishes inside the unit to the common areas throughout the building. You can tell the management puts real effort into keeping the place looking top-notch. Unfortunately, on my first day here, there was a small incident while I was moving in — a piece of the building was accidentally damaged while ...unloading. It was definitely not how I imagined starting my new chapter, but I immediately reported it, and management was understanding and responsive. Aside from that, everything else has been great. The building is quiet, the amenities are impressive, and the overall vibe of the community is welcoming. I’m glad I chose Emerald Row — it already feels like home.Property Manager Responded

July 15, 2025Hard to get a hold of maintenance and leasing office. I often read the community reviews/portal and I don’t think I’ve come across residents asking for new amenities/apartment furniture besides the worn pool furniture (which hasn’t been upgraded yet) but all of the amenities (theatre, game room) have been out of service and unable to be used since early/mid-march, it’s almost August. The pool furniture is still very old, muddy-looking and there aren’t any chairs for the for the tables. The new ...furniture added to each floor is way too small and cheap looking. It doesn’t fit the modern/luxury vibe that it once had before and again, I didn’t see complaints of the floor furniture so I’m not sure why it was replaced with furniture that doesn’t fit the space and looks very very cheap.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

March 10, 2025This place is an absolute joke. It's half as good as the last place we lived, costs 3 times as much, and has only 1% of the service (and that's being generous). Seriously, we still have maintenance requests that have been in SINCE WE MOVED IN BACK IN JULY, that STILL to this day have not been touched. And don't even get us started on how hard it is to get into and out of (but mostly in) the building; and if you have so much as a couple bags to carry in (let alone, say, a heavy TV), God help ...you. We will not be renewing our lease, and we are actively encouraging people to stay away.Property Manager Responded

February 25, 2025The apartment space itself is really great. The maintenance gets done in a pretty timely manner and I’ve had great communication from the leasing staff. The only issue is other neighbors that aren’t mindful or respectful of others and the shared space. For example, there are people who don’t clean up after their dogs so there are piles of dog poop all over. Or some neighbors or really loud at night even till 2 in the morning. It sucks because the space is nice but some people are inconsiderate.Property Manager Responded
