Not worth the extra penny
January 12, 2023I've seen a handful of car break ins, packages being stolen, and multiple maintenance issues. The gates hardly work and the Management only see you as a dollar sign.Property Manager Responded

Unfortunately, there is a significant increase in crime (package theft, vehicle break-ins, etc. ) throughout the Denver metro area. This is not isolated to just a few buildings, it is prevalent far and wide. We encourage everyone to report any suspicious activity to the Denver Non-emergency line (720) 913-2000 and to our office. maintenance and security issues
May 18, 2022The garage door is constantly broken, which opens up the whole building to safety issues. Packages get stolen all the time. The units are not well maintained or checked between residents so I have a maintenance issue almost every week. If the issue is something that will take some time to fix, you get almost no communication from the leasing office or maintenance team. They will knock on your door as early as 7 AM, and come anytime unannounced during the day. They also undertook a major ...construction project this spring, this type of construction usually warrants a construction discount. With so many people working from home they gave us barely any notice in advance to make other arrangements. Overall I’ve been very unhappy living here and am counting down the days until my lease ends.
