  • Not worth the extra penny

    I've seen a handful of car break ins, packages being stolen, and multiple maintenance issues. The gates hardly work and the Management only see you as a dollar sign.

Unfortunately, there is a significant increase in crime (package theft, vehicle break-ins, etc. ) throughout the Denver metro area. This is not isolated to just a few buildings, it is prevalent far and wide. We encourage everyone to report any suspicious activity to the Denver Non-emergency line (720) 913-2000 and to our office.   • maintenance and security issues

    The garage door is constantly broken, which opens up the whole building to safety issues. Packages get stolen all the time. The units are not well maintained or checked between residents so I have a maintenance issue almost every week.
