Awesome Experience
April 9, 2025I have stayed at Emerson Plaza TWICE since I've lived in the Orlando Metro area. There is a reason I and other residents keep coming back to this property. Kim and her Maintenance staff are responsive and very helpful. This property is very well maintained and not to mention we are surrounded by the beautiful Cranes Roost and all of the other options of shopping, restaurants, etc. and we are close to everything! Simply amazing
November 1, 2024This is by far the best apartment complex you can possibly imagine. Thick structure to block all noise from your neighbors and I-4, with fantastic views of Cranes Roost and large floor plans. The property is older, but very well maintained with an excellent maintenance crew and management. Kim in the front office has been so incredible to work with during our crazy move-in process. Quiet, Refined, Built well, GREAT Management A++++
July 13, 2021For those who enjoy a quiet home, nice neighbors, and a GREAT building, this IS your place. If you are a partier or loud, this is NOT your place. The apartments are the best value for the amenities and enviornment you have. Your are right on Crane's Roost Park, love the view from the whole wall window/door. The property is solid and multi-pained windows make most all outside noise not heard. Quality construction everywhere. Management is very professional and friendly. A truly unique property ...with modern construction standards. I do not plan to ever leave, just upgrade to a larger apartment. May 22, 2020I have lived at Emerson Plaza for many years. And like anything over time, age sets in as does lack of luster. The recent construction of new buildings next door has brought about change to access, increased inconvenient activity and much dirt in the air and balcony. The building is safe during hurricanes. The structure is solid and quiet due to triple paned windows. There is no security in place other than a gate at the entrance. Staff is limited and the manager is available for emergencies but ...is absent most of the time. Crane's Roost Park is a plus and the fireworks for Red Hot & Boom are spectacular. Life is good at Emerson but not excellent like when I first moved in. I look forward to the end of construction and for the added shopping and restaurants.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
