Kim and her Maintenance staff are responsive and very helpful. This property is very well maintained and not to mention we are surrounded by the beautiful Cranes Roost and all of the other options of shopping, restaurants, etc. and we are close to everything! Thick structure to block all noise from your neighbors and I-4, with fantastic views of Cranes Roost and large floor plans. The recent construction of new buildings next door has brought about change to access, increased inconvenient activity and much dirt in the air and balcony. The building is safe during hurricanes. The structure is solid and quiet due to triple paned windows. There is no security in place other than a gate at the entrance. Staff is limited and the manager is available for emergencies but ...is absent most of the time. Crane's Roost Park is a plus and the fireworks for Red Hot & Boom are spectacular. Life is good at Emerson but not excellent like when I first moved in. I look forward to the end of construction and for the added shopping and restaurants.Read More
