Generally speaking I found Emerson to be a great place to live. The location is great; it is within walking distance to grocery and retail stores, nightlife, etc, and is in a great area for walking, running, and biking. The staff are friendly and attentive to residents’ needs. There are some great amenities-pool, dog park, fitness center, etc. Maintenance requests are always completed in a timely manner. desirable, and there was a carbon monoxide alert which for me created concern and confusion as there was no email communication from staff about it. I thought the alert was real and only learned that it was a test after calling the front office. There were no subsequent emails about it. But again, over all this is a great place to live, and I would recommend it to anyone.
