It’s come a long way
July 26, 2022Over the last year Encanto has undergone a complete transformation. Management has made great improvements to the units and communal areas. Changed for the better
July 16, 2022The apartments used to be just ok, but since the new management took over in the last couple of years, they've made a visible effort to make the apartments better. I've seen them work on remodeling some of the units, and they're always throwing events to keep the residents engaged. That is good because it makes us seem like human beings and not just people giving rent. It's hard to find affordable (all bills paid!) apartments in Houston, especially in the loop, so this is a good spot. Hopefully ...the secret stays in the bag.Property Manager Responded

January 29, 2022i couldn’t be happier. They speak Spanish too! Simple application process and my renovated apartment is gorgeous and is all bills paid.
