Over the last year Encanto has undergone a complete transformation. Management has made great improvements to the units and communal areas. They have even started community events to create a neighborhood feel. I would recommend anyone looking for an apartment to check Encanto out!

The apartments used to be just ok, but since the new management took over in the last couple of years, they've made a visible effort to make the apartments better. I've seen them work on remodeling some of the units, and they're always throwing events to keep the residents engaged. That is good because it makes us seem like human beings and not just people giving rent. It's hard to find affordable (all bills paid!) apartments in Houston, especially in the loop, so this is a good spot. Hopefully ...
