Raised the rent 2x in 4 months in Fall of 2020!
May 10, 2022Office ppl each give different information. My income went down but my rent went up! Laundry machines don't work well. Must purchase a laundry card for $5 (in office) on top of costs to wash. Can only refill card when office is open. NO GUEST PARKING! security gates don't always work and everyone seems to have the code anyway or sneak in. numerous vehicles have parked in my assigned spot. office staff said to call towing company. only 1 security in the evening. walks around the property at night. ...no security office. i loved my little apartment, but with lack of personal knowlege and working amenities along with rising rents, you get 2 stars. office staff could be a lot friendlier with less attitude.Property Manager Responded

Do not trust Managment
April 27, 2016Get everything in writing with this management team. They will tell you anything to have you sign the lease. After that they will throw the lease agreement in your face and then use intimidation and harassment on you to get what they want. They take advantage of low income tenants because of the cheap apts. July 30, 2015I really don't like living here, because i pay eight hundred and five dollars a month for a below average apartment. When something breaks and we call to have it fixed it could take a few months before it is fixed. if i could have free rent for a year that would help a lot and give me time to save up and get out of here. Over all review i would never recommend anyone to move here for the price they are asking.Review from Apartments.com
