Just avoid at all costs
January 29, 2022Rats, sewer water, they repair nothing - crime and homeless people are rampant through the entire complex and the landlords are employed by two Doctors who use it as a tax write off! Their is raw sewage running through the garages every month, you have to supply your own refrigerator!!! The laundry is from the 1930s and the washers don’t even clean simple sheets- I could go on - run away!!!Review from Apartments.com
Lived there 2x over the past 10 years
May 31, 2020I lived at Lynn Villa twice, each time for over 2 years. These apartments cater to more of a family atmosphere than a partying lifestyle. Everywhere you live there are building maintenance issues, but they worked with tenants the best they could. My kids and I enjoyed our time there & I would move back if I needed to rent in the area again. I’d recommend them.Review from Apartments.com
Unprofessional
May 19, 2017I have made a handful of phone calls to this complex over the past week and have yet to receive any response. No phones call, text, or email. A friend of mine use to live here and I remember the filthy hallways that smelled like urine and the laundry facility so I was hoping there was new management but apparently not. The last time I was there they were renovating the pool (in the summer when it was already hot instead of the winter) but it appears as though the managers are less concerned with ...necessities then cosmetic work or "curb appeal".Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
