Thousands of $ in property damage
October 15, 2021The electrical issues here have fried my computer and destroyed two of my TVs. If you live here, you absolutely need to buy a UPS to protect your gear. This place experiences brown outs frequently (about once a week). The maintenance will come out but rarely fix the issues as the issues often exceed their skill set. For 3.5 months, a nuisance alarm has gone off every 5 seconds outside my door. They have marked it fixed several times. It has never been fixed. My kitchen has flooded twice and we ...continue to have leaks because they do not send out plumbers. I am currently waiting for them to fix the plumbing before I go on a trip for vacation. I anticipate that I will lose additional money because the hotels have already been booked and yet I'm waiting on maintenance so my apartment does not flood. Every time the neighbors above us use their kitchen sink, ours floods with waste water. My partner is using buckets to empty the waste water as I write this.Property Manager Responded

Do not sign a lease here!
September 24, 2020Please read this review and do NOT sign a lease with this apartment complex. The management office and communication is less than one star. Our AC unit went out during the summer time - mind you it was 95 degrees outstide, so we went and stayed at a hotel for 4 days. They have an emergency hotline that no one answered - so much for emergency! We finally heard back from the management office the next day and we were over promised and undelivered. There was not a portable AC unit in our apartment ...as we were promised. Today, our AC went out again. Looks like the maintenance folks told us that they installed the wrong unit and added the wrong type of coolant which is what caused the blow out. Our lease is up in 3 days. It's been a long year here and we are very excited to be leaving. The management office has no strive for customer service and do not care about their residents. Find another place to live because this place is not worth the money, you will be happy you did so!Property Manager Responded

Really nice place, especially for living with kids
June 19, 2019Enclave at woodbrige is really nice place. Very convenient location, bid grossery store Kroger is withing walking distance. Very good price for this level of service. Now Management Company provides big maintenance and it looks great. Very good place for living with children - they have own playground, amazing swimming pool and very friendly neighbors with kids. Apartments are not very new, but property management react very quickly for any request about maintenance. Total Satisfaction with The Enclave
September 27, 2017Me and my wife are residing at The Enclave At Woodbridge for past 5 months. Our overall experience has been Excellent in terms of its location, facilities, cleanliness, maintenance and value for money. I had shopped around 6 different properties and zeroed down at The Enclave and after 5 months I realize it was the best choice I had made. While all staff at The Enclave are very professional, the outstanding one is Yamily Ramirez, who is exemplary in hospitality and helpful out of the way. Avoid this property if possible
September 20, 2017Pros: Best School, friendly neighbors, near to Hwy 6, Hwy 90 ALT, and I-59. Corns: 1) Property Management: Any complaints or issues taken to Property Manager is like you are hitting your head against the wall. Most of the time property manager is not available at property office and one day when she is available all your issues and complaints going to deaf ears. Property Management staff work as just messenger never shows professional attitude to willingly help renters. 2) Maintenance: Any ...maintenance request required lots of follow-ups. Management charge for pest control but they will not send anyone until you send them request again and again. 3) Safety: No safety at all. As per Property Manager words "You need to do the needful to make your home safe, we can not do anything. As Property Management we never told anyone that we take care of the security of community". You can see sometime sheriff car moving around when breaking happen. From all breaking occurs, police can't solve a single case. You are at your own risk each day every day. 4) Rent: Rent is too high compare to other apartments in 1 mil radius. I wish to give "0" star but Appartments.com don't allow to do so.Property Manager Responded

August 31, 2015The apartments are beautiful with impressive amenities. The landscaping is well maintained and the maintenance crew generally responds to calls within 24 hours. The leasing office personnel are extremely friendly and courteous and call most of the tenants by name. The apartments are within close proximity of several schools in the area, shopping, and hwy 6. The pool is lavish and aesthetically pleasing as well as well maintained. The common areas are also well maintained. worst apartment, not worth the money!
August 15, 2014Thank God my lease is up and moving in 2 weeks. The maintenance never fixes things properly and have to call a few times to get fixed. AC broke in August, 100 degree weather, and took them 3 days and 5 calls to get it fixed. Brought a portable AC on the last day! For 2 days we suffered and they showed no concern. The apartment is not soundproofed AT ALL. Upstairs neighbor has 3 young kids and always sounds like demolition is going on up there. My toddler can't even take naps anymore because of ...the constant noise. When its really windy outside, the windows rattle. So glad its almost over!!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
