March 19, 2026Even though the elevator has been broken way too long for these 80 year old legs, I still enjoy living here. The apartment is homey & beautiful. The staff is polite, friendly and efficient. We live in bldg 3, 3rd floor. Our floor is quiet and clean. There are only 2 unpleasant points: a lot of people with dogs do not clean up after them! Disgraceful! Then rent renewal amount went up a little steeper than Will and I are used to in the last place we lived. Maintenance men can understand & speak ...English which was a problem with our last place as he & I only speak English. We have people grilling in the green area by the office. People living here make comments how trashy this looks but won’t complain to the office. There are a lot of nice things about this place.
