March 19, 2026Even though the elevator has been broken way too long for these 80 year old legs, I still enjoy living here. The apartment is homey & beautiful. The staff is polite, friendly and efficient. We live in bldg 3, 3rd floor. Our floor is quiet and clean. There are only 2 unpleasant points: a lot of people with dogs do not clean up after them! Disgraceful! Then rent renewal amount went up a little steeper than Will and I are used to in the last place we lived. Maintenance men can understand & speak ...English which was a problem with our last place as he & I only speak English.
