Terrible Building and Management
January 6, 2021This is the worst place I’ve ever lived, by far. The building is old and dilapidated after years of being poorly maintained and the management is completely incompetent. Don’t be fooled by the surface level renovations they’ve done to try to hide the deep flaws this place has. I’ve needed a ridiculous amount of maintenance cause the building has been so poorly maintained and it’s never done well and they always leave a huge mess behind. And as others have noted, the area is filled with crime and ...sketchy people walking around - I’ve had items stolen from my vehicle twice in the last year.Property Manager Responded

Awesome place to live at!!!
December 2, 2020Loved the interior of our place and are always on top of anything we may need. Friendly and safe area with lots of open parking always available, and right next to a gas station which is super convenient. Avoid at all costs
July 28, 2020Management is incompetent and disorganized. A terrible combination. The community is not kept up well at all. Constant trash littered around as well as cigarette butts from residents. The people who live here are really gross. If you don’t mind trashy people who smoke all the time and do nefarious things you’ll love it here. If not, you should avoid. Transients frequently enter the property and meander around vehicles and garage. Very unsafe.Property Manager Responded

ROACH INFESTATION
December 7, 2019Tho they are ‘trying’ to resolve the problem, & I hear a lot of ‘we are doing the best we can, we sympathize with you.’ Bottom line, there is a ROACH INFESTATION. My apartment has been sprayed 2 x, traps put around, bombed 3 x, & now they are getting set to do the second bombing on the entire building. I have no clutter/dirtiness. The disgusting things are obviously in the walls of the entire building. (Building 2) In addition, they are doing renovations. Instead of trying to do all these ...renovations, they should focus on this roach issue. I feel like I live in a construction zone.Property Manager Responded

Many maintenance issues
March 17, 2019The apartments aren’t ready to move in and there are structural issues my toilet is sideways and there’s a depression in the bathroom floor I’ve listened to the water intermittently, because the tank is sideways and keeps adjusting because the toilet isn’t level. Also the right side of the stove doesn’t work. And there is brown stuff on edges of bathroom floor by toilet where they put linoleum over the problem without fixing an obvious structural issue(mold?). Instead of properly fixing things ...they will charged you random$50 fees. They willl stick you for more money if they can Justify it to themselves. That is vacant electric fee. A very happy resident.
May 16, 2018I have lived in the Enclave for almost twenty months and have seen a change of office staff. The present manager and her assistant could not be nicer, nor could they be more professional; always willing to help whenever asked for assistance. The maintenance department has also seen a total makeover. The current maintenance staff is very good, polite, and obliging. I recently needed a couple of visits, each for a different reason, and each time I have been delighted with the speed of response, the ...efficiency of the staff, the high level of workmanship, and they cleaned up after themselves. Mediocre
June 12, 2016Lived here just under a year now and won't be renewing my lease. The Good: Every unit comes with a washer/dryer. Neighbors are quiet and friendly. Most of the office staff is friendly and helpful. Maintenance requests have been responded to quickly and fixed correctly the first time. Decent pool area that isn't heavily used. The Bad: Parking. I was promised a covered parking spot when I signed my lease but when I went to move in the office staff told me the spot was on the complete opposite side ...of the complex and they seemed to not care at all when I asked if there was anything that can be done. They also tried to fit too many spots into the complex so all the parking spots are too small even for a normal size car. Water Pressure. I don't know if this goes for the whole complex but the water pressure in my unit is terrible. Takes twice as long as normal to wash dishes and makes showering more difficult. Management Companies. In the short time I've lived here they have changed property management companies twice. Both times this has made paying rent more difficult since they forced me to get cashier's checks and when I asked if I would be reimbursed for the charge to get a cashier's check they rudely told me no. Overall not a bad place to live, but they have plenty of area's for improvement.
