Wish I didn’t live here
April 9, 2026- Constantly smells like marijuana. Every single day. - Trash is everywhere - Snow removal is terrible - Horrible sound proofing. You will hear absolutely everything your neighbors are doing. - Roaches and bugs get in. I’ve never seen cockroaches until I lived here. - Packages get stolen - Car break ins and thefts due to proximity to train. Homeless walk by due to train.Review from Apartments.com
Thin walls
April 29, 2025Not a great community if you are a light sleeper. The walls and floors are thin and I can hear my neighbor above me constantly. I have had to resort to wearing ear plugs at night to drown out the sound from my upstairs neighbor. I would only recommend this place is you are a heavy sleeper and can get a top floor apartment. Also, there is only one trash disposal area, and depending on where you live in the complex, you could have a long walk to throw away trash. Lastly, the gym is fairly small for ...a property of this size.Property Manager Responded

Counting down the months
September 22, 2024My husband and I will not renew our lease agreement next year, due to the following reasons: 1. Lack of closet space. 2. Small balcony. Barely, large enough for two people. 3. No linen closet to place bath towels, washcloths, and personal hygiene products. 4. Lack of utility storage to place your mop, bucket, detergent, and etc. We are using the water tank to place our items on. 5. Low grade of water fixtures and flooring. 6. Small Master bathroom. 7. 2nd bathroom has a non-standard tub ...size...Small. Also, the installed curtain rod is too low for anyone 6 feet and above. 8. No soap dish in tub/shower in bathrooms. 9. Cheap window blinds. Very easy to bend. You probably can get them for $7.99. Walking the parking lot, I see some blinds are severely damaged. 10. The staffing team needs more experience. Incorrect name on welcome card, they assumed that we were looking/applying for low-income housing, and only left one gift instead of 2 gifts. The property manager did acknowledge the mistake.
