Had a water leak at 11:30 PM , I called office to submit a live report with customer service thinking it will be the next day BUT manager called me and next thing i know a maintenance guy was at my door to take care of the leak .Excellent service I love it here .

Great place to live! My first concern as the head of my household is safety. The bright light as everything to me. I work nights so I worried about my family, but not anymore. Enclave is lit up from the front to the back. You can walk to the mailbox, vending machines, or trash late at night and feel safe. One thing for sure the people that live here knows who live here and who don't so we look out for each other. We love the community here and that's because of Mrs. Minnie she takes care of all ...

If you’re a person who follows rules and stays to yourself you will never have problems. Maintenance is always on time as soon as I report a issue it’s fixed . The leasing manager is very professional and nice . It’s takes everyone to make a community great the tenants have to be respectful and comply with rules as well. So I do recommend Enclave to anyone! The apartments are spacious and clean.

I paid my rent on time every month n they still put a eviction letter on my door n then still trying to charge me for the next month after they told me to move. O yea then they just start towing people cars without giving residents a notice lying talking about they put it on our doors not they didn’t i had to find out after my car was towed. Plus they don’t fix nothing my kitchen sink been broken for over two months now glad I’m moving out

My experience living here has been horrible!! Upon leasing I was dealing with The Oaks Mgmt team before this new company took over, my original apt was not ready which I applied for according to my pay, therefore I was placed in another unit, which is not affordable for me and NO REPAIRS has been completed going into 2mos of leasing, the late fees were overwhelmed, I made payment w/o fees after taking advice from the regional mrg asst. And my money order was returned w/ an eviction, this is ...
