This is the worst complex I have ever lived in. The amenities are constantly broken or closed including the gym and pool maintenance takes forever to fix anything that is broken in your apartment when I moved in there were three things broken in my apartment and it took them 2 to 4 tries to fix them let alone I was missing things like a dishwasher that took over a month to come in it’s loud here. It’s not even a gated community. The gates are all broken in order to access the pool. You have to ...
buy a key fob. Though you can get into the gate with a code, but you can’t do that with the pool you need a key fob which is $20 at least that’s what the virtual AI said it’s overpriced for everything that’s wrong with it. It’s unkept I highly recommend not living here. It is not worth the trouble.

I think the apartments themselves are great. The layout is amazing and the utilities and amenities offered are amazing. However, the management and office is lost and all over the place, mismanaging things and the maintenance people are just as clueless.

The process was relatively smooth, the staff is super amazing and friendly. With various amenities provided at the apartment complex is amazing, duel swimming pools, dog park, grills do enjoy the out doors and finally a well equipped gym.
