October 2, 2025I had a year lease and I loved it so much by far my favorite apartments ,idk if I can go to another apartment that can top this one actually!! The staff is amazing so sweet and helpful always ,we never ran into too many problems with neighbors or anyone here quite frankly. September 15, 2025My husband and I have living here for 3 yrs, I can honestly say that this has to be the most quiet complex I have lived at. Our neighbors are quiet and very nice. The one thing I think the complex can work on is the parking. Add a little more lighting in the parking lot for those of us That leave to work at 5am other than that I enjoy living hereProperty Manager Responded

September 14, 2025Just moved in - loving it so far! The only complaints I have is there is a lot pigeon poop in carport area and stairwells and this is a gated community, but the gates going into the buildings, from the street, are left wide open and have no code or scanning mechanism to get in, so anyone can just walk in.Property Manager Responded

July 22, 2025The staff and neighbors have been welcoming ever since we moved in. The location is great, close to the things we need but still tucked away in a quiet place where we enjoy the scenery of the community and the amenities it has to offer. July 21, 2025Place is nice, but I pay for parking, and in the three months I’ve lived here, I’ve had to report my spot being taken four times, and one of those four, the resident who had taken my spot was extremely hostile to me, and a friend I had with me. I emailed the office, to no response, and have since seen this same resident park their vehicle in numerous reserved spots, with their own verbal admission that they do not have a reserved spot of their own. The lack of response from management is a major ...red flag to me. It is 100% the reason I will NOT be renewing my lease. A grown male resident being hostile and aggressive to a young woman late at night in a dark parking lot, over HER parking spot, is a safety issue, and considering we’re both residents and the issue is over reserved parking, this should absolutely be addressed by management. And not take over a month of repeated emails just to get a confirmation of receipt, and then absolutely no further action or communication.Property Manager Responded
