Definitely not worth $500
March 9, 2018The location is a good and quiet area, okay size for 1 person or a couple, and the reason I still live here is because my job is a walk away. The apartments themselves is the problem. The air conditioners have stopped working at my apartment and at several other apartments, we've complained that there is a smell of mildew in the air conditioner(when I was pregnant I was able to smell it even more), the outlets don't work in the kitchen area(complained several times a few months ago but gave up), ...the fan in the restroom stopped working, and the washers work fairly but the dryers don't work at all (been like this for 2 1/2 years already). The rent has increased but nothing is being done to the apartments when people have problems with them. I've seen many people come and go because of this as well and it's always the same complaint.
