Do not move here!!! They have mice!!!
March 9, 2025I highly do not recommend living at this apartment complex. From day one, it has been nothing but issues. The trash situation is absolutely horrendous – it’s always piled up and creates a filthy environment. The noise levels are unbearable as well, with kids constantly running through the hallways, making it impossible to relax or sleep peacefully. On top of that, there’s a major pest problem. When we first moved in, there were mice in our apartment, and it seems like pest control doesn’t take it ...seriously. It’s been a frustrating experience from the start, and I honestly wouldn’t suggest anyone move here.Property Manager Responded

Barely an Apartment
July 24, 2024No AC fix for 8 months. Terrible Parking. Dumpster overflows and stinks. No maintenance on lights or bathrooms for months. Loud neighbors. Terrible Leasing office. Did not give discount at the beginning. Towed cars not meant to be taken away. Terrible customer service. Roaches and bugs everywhere, did not take any action. Terrible
July 24, 2024The maintenance support was terrible, left us without AC or heat for 8 months. We went through the whole winter and summer without being serviced. They serviced the unit once during that timeframe and it worked for 3 days and broke again. Also the pests in the area are an incredible problem too. Any problem you can think of having at England Run you will have it. Don’t move in here unless you really have no other options and just need a roof over your head. Do Not Move Here
June 6, 2024Please anyone reading this please take this review into consideration. Office management is not caring of their tenants nor do they care about the environment of the apartment complex itself. There is no enforcement for dog waste left everywhere (especially walking areas), dumpster area is never maintained appropriately and there is constantly commotion or kids being extremely loud and obnoxious. Maintenance does not care about their work or to complete their work orders. I’d advise you to not ...move here. This place is WAY too expensive and disgusting to pay the amount they are charging and with awful living conditions. I was here for one year and after my lease was up I got out of there!Property Manager Responded

STAY AWAY
September 26, 2023The roaches, the trash receptacles, the parking, and the residents & guests fights that they send out emails about are HORRIBLE!!! The management is the worst they are never helpful. The apartments are run down and there are only a few maintenance workers (I feel for them) nothing gets fixed. Don’t walk run from here … unfortunately I can’t leave due to lease but will the moment it’s up.Property Manager Responded
