The amenities were okay, but the neighborhood teens would break into the workout room, there is a police occupation in this neighborhood, and the ceilings and floors are thin enough to hear the other floors. However, the service from the front office is kind, the maintenance staff is good, and when it was quiet, I enjoyed the views.

Coming in to see the apartments we were very misinformed. It wasn't until we signed a lease and went to see our unit that we realized it was nothing like what we agreed on, we were then told there was nothing else available.I honest opinion is a 1 out of 5 but the lady who picked up our application was super helpful in completing the process. It didn't make up for the major disappointment, but gave a 3 out of 5.

I highly do not recommend living at this apartment complex. From day one, it has been nothing but issues. The trash situation is absolutely horrendous – it’s always piled up and creates a filthy environment. The noise levels are unbearable as well, with kids constantly running through the hallways, making it impossible to relax or sleep peacefully. On top of that, there’s a major pest problem. When we first moved in, there were mice in our apartment, and it seems like pest control doesn’t take it ...
seriously. It’s been a frustrating experience from the start, and I honestly wouldn’t suggest anyone move here.

Barely an Apartment

No AC fix for 8 months. Terrible Parking. Dumpster overflows and stinks. No maintenance on lights or bathrooms for months. Loud neighbors. Terrible Leasing office. Did not give discount at the beginning. Towed cars not meant to be taken away. Terrible customer service. Roaches and bugs everywhere, did not take any action. Half of outlets don't work.

The maintenance support was terrible, left us without AC or heat for 8 months. We went through the whole winter and summer without being serviced. They serviced the unit once during that timeframe and it worked for 3 days and broke again. Also the pests in the area are an incredible problem too. Any problem you can think of having at England Run you will have it. Don’t move in here unless you really have no other options and just need a roof over your head. Don’t stay out too late.
