Managers are disrespectful , overpowering their tenants, rude and mean.
They take money from your security deposit when you move out for cleaning regardless how much hard work and efforts you put to clean the apartment, also they charge you for fixing some normal wear and tear items that is part of their responsibilities. its literally a rip off action that they do it to your face. so unethical.
If you have a complaint and you request one of the managers to call you back then most likely you ...
will not get a call back. so unprofessional.
