September 10, 2025I have been here 1 year. Let me explain i love the community. It is friendly & comfortable. However, the owners are nowhere to be found. No contact with tenants AT ALL! And they raised my rent over 7%. This is a senior community with most residents on fixed incomes. My Social Security & pension will NEVER increase that much. Unfortunately if this continues I may have to look elsewhere. What a shame! Because otherwise I love it hereProperty Manager Responded
