January 18, 2026Okay move-in experience. I very clearly stated my move-in time with Env several times, via email and phone, yet it was poorly managed and not reserved. The security refused to kick people out using the garage during our documented timeslot after a 13 hour drive. Poor management thus far. Great apartment!Property Manager Responded

Moving in was smooth, thanks to the staff and management who were organized and genuinely accommodating. The amenities are another highlight: the gym is well-maintained, and the Luxer One package room makes deliveries super convenient. September 19, 2025I just moved in a few days ago but my experience has been very positive so far. There was a checklist to enable me to submit tickets for anything I needed once inspecting the apartment, and those tickets were resolved within 24 hours. The concierge staff has been welcoming and helpful, and the management office has been responsive and accessible. The apartment itself is beautiful and I'm happy to be here!Property Manager Responded
