Erwin Chase was the first place my wife and I called home. We lived there for almost two years before job changes required a move. We were truly sad to go! The apartments are well maintained and spacious. My wife loved the amount of counter space in the kitchen. The location was extremely convenient and quiet. Management was always helpful. Our friends were always shocked when they saw how much space we had compared to how low our rent was. Erwin Chase is definitely worth a look if you're looking ...

Unfortunately the lawn care service that Erwin chase uses is subpar!! The back patios on the back row of homes are completed littered with debris! This is unacceptable!! You pay good money for a nice place to live and you would think the upkeep would reflect the amount you pay per month!! Obviously I am not happy with this so I am considering moving in the near future!

Erwin Chase is the best apartments I have ever lived in. The management is great and the maintenance department is the best when something is needed. We have 2 small children so safety was one of our top reasons for staying, feels like a community with such great neighbors! Located in the city so its within minutes to downtown and to I75. Amenities include a small children's play ground however sometimes we do wish we had a pool in the midst of Georgia summer! Definitely feels like home.
