The Escondido has exactly what I want and need, and there are stores and restaurants nearby all within walking distance. Also, there is a wonderful dog park within close proximity. The community is an extremely beautiful, well kept and peaceful place. Everything is so beautiful that it almost feels like a resort. The office staff is extremely accommodating and friendly. that most communities do not. The Apartment manager, Chelsea, took her time to make sure that I had the home I wanted as well as needed. By her being empathetic to my needs, I felt as if we had connected, building a working relationship I could trust. And her staff has proven excellence. In those eight years, the staff has had some turnover, but all of the staff who have ever worked here have been fabulous. My wife and I have been living here since 2017. We enjoy the view of the vast open sod farm's field to the west of us. It avails us some swell natural scenes the whole year round. Our apartment's central unit is efficient, summer and winter. We consider that a definite plus. The friendly staff of Chelsee, Heavenlly Gloria and Jesús, are professional and reliable. pleasurable walks since arriving here. While on our walks, we've been surprised to see woodpeckers doing what woodpeckers do on more than one occasion. On another one of our walks we came upon a tree out along the tree line that was blanketed with butterflies. We thought they probably were migrant monarchs taking a break from their trek to catch their breath. Recently a fountain was added to the pond in the park and it's lit up in changing colors at night. This is a good place to call home.

I have lived at Escondido for a little over 2 years, and it has been nothing short of exceptional. Work orders are handled promptly and with quality service. They even came and installed a specific faucet that I purchased myself! The property manager, Chelsee, is so kind and eager to help with anything that tenants may need. Rates are reasonable compared to places of a similar quality in LBK. Definitely recommend!

This complex is conveniently located to local grocery stores, pharmacies, shopping centers, and it is not far from TX Tech campus. The Escondido staff respond to emails promptly and are always friendly. It is an easy place to have a dog because it is located next to a nice park.
