For the most part, a resort. Awesome living! Summer is best, meet lots of people by the pool and grill. Winter is hibernation time. People come and go quickly.

The apartment complex is very clean with a nice pool and dog park. Parking isn’t good though because there aren’t enough free spots available. Shelby is incredibly helpful in the office.

I'm very happy living here. Things were iffy for a while but are getting better. Grounds and landscaping looking much better. Maintenance is always timely and gets things fixed the first time.
