Burning dumpster fire
March 1, 2022This place is horrific! From the roaches, to the neighbors, to the massive amount of trash throughout the neighborhood, to the rude, disrespectful property managers who never seem to be around the phone when you call. I would stay in a extended stay before I stay here again…it’s that bad.Property Manager Responded

Roaches! Beware!
October 14, 2019Roaches! Roaches! Roaches! From the moment I moved into the place I saw roaches everywhere. I spoke to a very sassy Spanish lady in the leasing office and she brushed it off like I was being extra. I made several complaints because I just moved in and nothing! I went to the maintenance and all they did was spray and nothing helped! my apartment was infested with roaches and they did nothing to fix the problem! Long story short, I moved out after 2 weeks!Property Manager Responded

Horrible Place to Live! Stay Away!
March 18, 2019Vehicles are being vandalized (broken windows) on a daily basis and nobody does anything about it. Front office says “it’s a common problem” as an excuse. There’s roaches galore. Trash everywhere on the complex. Screaming kids at any hour of the day. Do yourself a favor, don’t waste your time and money here.Property Manager Responded

I wouldn’t recommend
March 10, 2019This place is horrible, in the past week 10carshave been broken into. They actual have security and there still breaking in. Just this morning my daughter and her neighbor car was broken into. I would not recommend this place to no one. The crime is getting worse, you would think you live in Compton. Open floor plan
October 2, 2015Nice granite countertop in kitchen and bathroom. Stainless steel appliances in some units, it also includes a washer n dryer which is a big plus considering most of the apartment in this area doesn't come with one. Parking is a nightmare there's just not enough parking spaces.Review from Apartments.com

Condo Style Apartment
July 21, 2015After an extensive search in the Orlando area, we finally found a place that suites both my elegance expectations and affordability. Our 3 B 2 B home is spacious and shiekly designed. The exterior is gorgeous as well with the perfect lighting. If anyone lives in Orlando, you know how difficult it is to find a good place in a good area.
