Total Nightmare
October 1, 2021Avoid this place at all costs! I would give 0 stars if I could. I would also guess that the 5 star reviews are office staff or written before the new company took over. This place was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. TLDR version: this place is super unsafe, there are no cameras, the security patrol thats a fee factored into the rent does not actually work, the 24hr maintenance line does not work, maintenance issues do not get resolved until you hassle them nonstop, the office will ...ignore you & refuses to deal with critical issues, they’ll lose/up/adjust your rent/fees without notice, and this place will try to swindle you out of every cent possible.Property Manager Responded
