Everything about this apartment complex is just okay. I lived in the townhouses and needed maintenance several times; they were timely enough but didn't always fix things correctly the first time. They never addressed pest control concerns.
Moving out, however, was a real headache. I would carefully read the lease to make sure you don't get charged thousands extra. Thankfully I caught most of it, but this company will make sure to charge you the maximum amount they can, always.

were never properly addressed and the gate is always broken. Concerns were addressed within the month, with thoughts and prayers, and perhaps an extra charge if they were allowed one. This apartment complex is run with the mindset of "good enough" and "your loss not mine". If you like that, this is the place for you.
