I’ve had the misfortune of living in this complex for the past couple of years and I wish everyday that I can move elsewhere. Management is useless unless they’re collecting money for made up fees. The dumpster consistently overflows with garbage so bug spray will be a constant purchase if you live here and almost ALL of the gates have been stuck open for the past year now. Security that is advertised is nonexistent, so is the “fitness center” and one of the pools is completely green. Emails go ...
unanswered more often than not, even corporate hasn’t responded. The walls are thin as it is and loud neighbors have been enabled by the lack of consequences from the office making being at home a pain when it should be the opposite. I truly wouldn’t even recommend this place to a homeless person. Save yourself the trouble and headache by living somewhere else.

I moved to houston last year unexpectedly and had to get an apartment while still living in the midwest. The unit I selected said online it included "in-unit washer n dryer" "microwave" etc and so I was shocked upon move in when neither a washer n dryer nor a microwave was present in the unit. The shower did not work, Roaches were already present in the unit, a week into living there, I received an eviction notice for the previous tenants. Only took a few weeks for my A/C to break. My kitchen has ...

I am moving next week and literally cannot wait to not be ashamed of my home, this place sucks, the front desk ladies are nice but unresponsive, maintenance is probably the only positive about this place, they are pretty quick. But Pest control alone should steer you away from this place, n that doesn't include all the other bs. If I've prevented 1 person from living here, I will be able to die happy.

Our first week in the apartments there was a sewage backup that came into the apartments both tubes filled with sewage and litterly sh.. over flowed into both bedrooms took almost 2 weeks for someone to come clean it,
We lost clothes shoes and other things without as much as an apology, you can only have a visitor for 3 days and they enforce this by towing cars that's there for more than 3 days and you can even add your family on the visitor log for more than 3 days,

problem the whole apartment seems to never been cleaned before we moved in just painted over roaches I can see hard on the paint, went to change my shower rod and under the parts was nest of old roach eggs I cant wait to leave.

Me mude aquí en noviembre2022 y estamos a febrero2023 y desde DICIEMBRE estoy hablando a la oficina por que hay ratas en el apartamento y siempre dicen que va a venir el fumigador y nadie viene. Ya e matado 5 RATAS y en la mañana tengo que limpiar porque hay excremento de rata en la estufa y el suelo. También se notifico que cuando prendi el horno de la estufa olía a orin y me dicen que no es orin que era lo que utilizaban para limpiar. Pero no, es orin porque las ratas se meten por detras de la ...
estufa y por debajo del dishwasher. No vale la pena seguir yendo a la recepción a hablar del problema de las ratas porque no llega nadie. A frustrating and stressful apartments

I have pay for washer on my lease and has been ruin for the second time and this second time it’s been ruin for 2 months and I have called the office and the day after a maintenance told me it will be getting fix witch was 2 weeks ago and I waited all day but no one came to get it fix and I have tried to submit a new request and realize all the request I had submitted before was all gone and my washer is still not fix till this day and it’s been 2 months

These apartments used to be very good apartments when the other front desk workers were here, now they have all quit or gotten fired. The new staff are not that helpful, they always seem to have an attitude and they charge for everything, rent is always increasing, and they rarely answer the phones when you need them. Would not recommend, poor communication between front office and residents. Roach infested, although there is a portion of rent delegated to pest control, I've only seen pest control come once when I first moved in back in July and I haven't seen them since. Security gates always seem to be broken, so there's no use in knowing the gate code. Laundry facility rarely cleaned, pool doesn't seem to get cleaned as often as they say either.

I wish I could give no stars but that's not an option. I have NEVER lived in a place where there is so much violence. People being stabbed in the parking lot, gun shots daily, gangs shooting up the apartments, and apartments being broken into at gun point. The swat team was called in because someone broke into an apartment with the family there held at gun point. Please DO NOT move into these apartments they are VERY dangerous!!!!!!!!!
