Best Maintenance
September 29, 2018I’ve would recommend this place to anyone. The maintenance is awesome. I had a issue with Air conditioner. Mike came over quickly and not only repaired it, he also explained to us what he fixed and why it messed up. It was a very pleasant experience. The grounds are always clean and the buildings are kept up. Just wish they had a pool and not a splash pad.Review from Apartments.com

Nice but missing a few things I need
July 23, 2015You do get a lot for your rent here. Every apartment is the size of a small house, and in good condition. The grounds are always manicured and every season they plant new flowers in the front. The amenities are mostly for families and children and there are lots of children playing outside every day. They do sometimes get out of hand. There is graffiti outside my door, and despite mentioning it to the office it's still there. The staff is always helpful and maintenance comes in a timely manner. ...One thing I don't like is the mandatory inspections. In 3 years I've had to accommodate 2 reasonably short inspections to assess the condition of my apartment with at least a few days notice.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Spacious, Reasonably Priced, Good area
July 21, 2015I love the spacious layout of my one-bedroom apartment and the price is just right. I haven't had any issues with parking, nor have my guests. The location is great for me. There are plenty of great places to eat and be entertained nearby but being close to the highway also makes it easy to venture into the city.Review from Apartments.com
