April 14, 2025I met with Jennifer today she was very knowledgeable about the property and surrounding areas I expressed to her that I would need to move my children’s school if I was to move she had all the information ready from daycares in the area to high schools.she seemed very confident as she toured the property she showed me 2 different units as I expressed I needed flooring the I was skeptical due to previous reviews but I must say there has definitely been some updates and management was great! Needs new management
April 1, 2025My car was towed in a reserved spot. It so happens that the word "Reserved" is faded and the tow truck guy can not see it. The pinpad at the entrance does not work and management does not want to take it down. Most of the laundry machines does not work and the office knows. The patios have rotten wood and needs to be replaced.Property Manager Responded

In order to better understand the issue, could you please visit the office at your earliest convenience? We'd like to discuss the concern further and confirm the location of your parking to ensure the reserved spot is clearly visible. Additionally, we wanted to inform you that our laundry rooms are currently undergoing upgrades, but there have been unexpected delays on the vendor's end, which have extended the timeline. Regarding the pin pad, we are actively working with a vendor to update the system, allowing access for non-residents such as vendors, delivery drivers, transportation services, and emergency personnel. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work through these matters. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or concerns.

Do Not MOVE Here!
November 6, 2024If I could leave zero stars I would. CAUTION, DO NOT MOVE HERE. I have lived here for years. It takes forever to get maintenance to come out, I have a neighbor that plays loud music all day and night. I've gone to the office too many timess to count and nothing has been done. I'm told a warning has been sent out, well evidently that doesn't work because he hasn't stopped. I have called the cops and they don't even show up. It is currently 11 pm, Nov 5th, and the music has been going since this ...morning. I went in the office today to hear the same tired excuse, "we'll send a warning." The laundry area is raggedy, there are so many apartments with broken windows and covered with plywood, I'm embarrassed to invite guests over. Not to mention my ceiling has been leaking and is now discolored and cracked. I wish I could upload pictures just to show how awful things are here!Property Manager Responded
