Worst rental experience I’ve had in 10 years of living in Seattle. Honestly, they feel like a scam. Just like tons of other tenants, I got hit with ridiculous move-out charges — five to six times higher than anything I’ve ever paid at any other place in the city. It all comes down to their leasing management team. Those polished photos might make you smile when you’re apartment hunting, but just wait until move-out time. At this point, I don’t even want to look in the direction of this community ...

Stay away

Bad management Unclean rooms, old outdated smelly gas/ dish washer. Always visit apartment before booking. If you signed lease without seeing the apartment, you cannot back out even though apartment is in pathetic condition, which was the case with me.

Very poor Security at Evans Creek

I dealt with 12 + months of mail theft and just had my garage broken into. No surveillance cameras except for around the business office. Thefts and break-ins nearly every weekend.

Pathetic management, stay away

I will not advise this society to anyone. Please check the apartment before moving and cleanliness is the last things the management cares about. We signed the lease but the apartment was in pathetic condition and when we ask for the termination without even moving, they asked for the termination fees. Even though it the management who didn't handle the cleanliness property and its their mistake, they just dont give you an option to walk out without paying hefty fees. They accept that apartment ...

has issues, then at least give the tenant the option to decide without forcing them to move in. I never had such issues with any society where they are accepting the mistake still not giving option to the tenant to cancel without paying hefty fees.

Bad service

I have never seen any apartment who charge like anything f for no service st all . No play area for kids a small place which is like nothing and no other place where kids can play outside . Hardly kids get few months to play and in that management office stop kids a lot from playing . So place for them to run or play . They charge like anything but I don’t know why ? Management is also very rude and strict . I am giving one for the sake of giving .

Quite and full of sunlight

Evans creek is located near to major shopping places in Redmond, yet quite neighborhood. The apartments are well maintained by the young staff who takes good care of property. Rooms in apartment gets ample sunlight. Landscaping is very nice and you can spend some good time chit-chatting on the benches. There is a small gym and a place to work in clubhouse you prefer to work from home. The play area can be improved and it is small for size of community.

These apartments are beautiful, spacious, and well maintained. Lots of closet space. The living room, kitchen, and dining areas are as large as you find in the average single family home. The grounds, common areas, and clubhouse are well kept. the location is very convenient to shopping, freeway, and bus access. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this apartment complex.

Great place to live

We love our apartment. It gets lots of sun light. Located in very convenient place, just next Sammamish and very close to 520 highway. Apartments are pretty new. Site has very nice looking environment. Couple cons: thermostats in apartment are pretty annoying. You cannot fine tune the heat. Oven is kind of old style. There some remodeled apartments in the site I guess they have newer equipment.
