Excellent experience. The manager Cristina is a excellent professional and a very nice person. They returned my deposit in 2 or 3 weeks and it was very fair. I recommend the building and the real estate company for sure!

Unreliable water and laundry, old building

The water to the building gets shut off surprisingly often. Sometimes multiple times in a week. The plumbing is not really up to modern standards, and when it is running occasionally there are backflows out of the drain of a sink. Only four laundry machines for the whole building, and often at least one is broken. Building manager is good and almost always around. But there is only so much she can do.
