April 6, 2021 - Review from Apartments.comI just called to inquiry about apartments/listings and the worst woman ever answered the phone. She was rude, she ended the conversation abruptly and basically hung up in my face.
Great Rental Experience
July 18, 2017 - Review from Apartments.comI rented an apartment with this company when I was a student and enjoyed my time there. I stayed in the same apartment for 2 years due to the lower price compared to other apartments in Evanston, and never had any issues. Maintenance was timely, and the leasing office was always polite. I brought my cat and I loved that there was no pet rent! I would rent from them again if I wasn't moving.
Never do business with Evanston Neighborhood Properties
April 18, 2017 - Review from Apartments.comWorst leasing company ever! I sub-leased an apt and signed a super unclear one page contract with super nasty policies. Buy-out took me 4 months rental (3 months rental for penalty 1 month rental if fail to inform them one month ahead before buy-out). Never receive deposit check after all. Take my suggestion: never do business with Evanston Neighborhood Properties!
