Horribly Nasty Landlord!!!
August 8, 2022Everyone knows the landlord is NOT a kind person but few stand up to her or even report her. She makes up rules as she goes along, and the list is already a mile long. The rent goes up every year!! And the middle building had bed bugs before I moved out. The landlord just blames all the tenants!Review from Apartments.com

June 21, 2017Been here almost 3 years. Great neighbors, quiet, the power has only flickered a couple of times during storms. Maintenance is great. I can't think of one negative thing about Evergreen Apartments.Review from Apartments.com
