June 25, 2023Landlord never goes through with what he says he will. It is impossible to get anything fixed that is broken, there is trash and dog poop everywhere, parking is terrible and apartment walk ways flood.Review from Apartments.com
Complete dump
April 26, 2018Buildings are falling apart as well as the property itself. Walls are extemely thin, place is poorly insulated. Base heaters mixed with the poor insulation make for an extemely high electric bill. By all means, save yourself the trouble... Move elsewhere.Review from Apartments.com

October 8, 2015This is a very comfortable place to live. Located in Marysville Ohio, it is very close to nearby restaurants, it is kid friendly, and the neighborhood is very nice.
