July 1, 2021poorly maintained for the price, once you move in you will see everything falling apart, that include closet doors, shower heads etc also make sure to watch your steps. there will be a lot of nails on the floor. later once you move out they will charge a huge amount for painting,cleaning and other reasons... be careful and keep away from this placeReview from Apartments.com
Beautiful Complex and Great People
September 17, 2015My wife and I recently moved into Evergreen Heights from Los Angeles without any experience in the greater Seattle area. It was rather difficult to find a place to live from 1100 miles away and we continually ran into problems with other properties. However, Sylvia at Evergreen Heights was an amazing help over the phone and we knew upon visiting the property that it would be a great place for us, especially considering the service we were given before even becoming residents. My apartment has ...been recently upgraded and looks great with an incredible top-floor corner view. The maintenance requests we submitted upon moving in were all taken care of within 24 hours by a very professional and courteous staff. The location in Kirkland is also very convenient for both work (I regularly commute to both Everett and Renton) and life (right next to Evergreen Hospital and nearby to multiple restaurants, Safeway, and Trader Joe's).Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
