warn about is that while each unit does have 1 covered parking spot, there are only 4 visitors spots in the complex. So, if you have 2 cars or any visitors, you're going to be scrounging for somewhere to park all the time! The office staff are not on site, and respond slowly. I don't consider them all that helpful nor very friendly. If you rent here, you're on your own until it's convenient for them. The unit itself was pretty nice except for some things in the apartment that weren't finished when I moved in. It's nice that this is a non-smoking complex except for the fact that the condos in the same parking lot are very close with lots of smoking residents. The apartment complex right behind it is pretty sketchy and there were some thefts in the area. I had a bike stolen that was outside my unit. For this price, I advise you to look elsewhere. There are no amenities at this place, so the yearly price increases seem a little much to me.
