We offer large two-bedroom Manitowoc apartments (1300 sq. ft) as well as a spacious three-bedroom apartments (1425 sq. ft). Manitowoc Wisconsin is a small city (34,000 population) located in Manitowoc County (85,000 population). Manitowoc WI has many different main stay employers that are involved in Manufacturing, Health Services, Education, Tourism, and Professional Services. Manitowoc Wisconsin is located on the coast of Lake Michigan and offers great sailing, fishing, and motor boating. With the many beaches, parks, and events in the area there is a lot to do for small or growing families. For those small or growing families Benley Manors Manitowoc Apartments are a perfect complement to that young or senior family. Our apartments have one or two car attached garages with private entrances. Downstairs rentals have a private courtyard, while the upstairs have a nice balcony. Some of our condo style apartments feature vaulted ceilings and fireplaces. All of our homes include a dishwasher, microwave with turntable, stove, refrigerator, central air-conditioning, full-size washer and dryer. Lawn care and snow removal is included.

Rent increase made it unaffordable
September 18, 2025We moved to a 3 bedroom/2bath unit November of 2023 for $975. We loved everything about our apartment. It was so peaceful and neighbors were amazing. In 2024, new management took over and our rent went up to $1375 which forced us to move out. Claims that the rental increase was for future renovations and to bring units to market value.Review from Apartments.com
Overpriced and poorly managed!
May 31, 2024New ownership, located in Florida implemented a 45% rent increase. Property manager is located 100 miles away from the property. Very poorly run business. They don't answer phones or return phone calls. Not the great place it once was!Review from Apartments.com
Best place to live!!!
February 24, 2020Very well kept property, inside and out. Great property managers. Quiet country atmosphere. Right on the edge of town. Spacious units. Prompt snow removal, literally right up to the front door and up to three attached garage door. We love the functionality of our home, that feels like a house.
